West Coast Route 3

An other RV trip on the west coast that doesn’t consist of any big highlights on the ‘Golden Circle’. Very fun to see a different side of the west coast! Of course this is just an example route so feel free to change a couple of things or seattledecide to make the trip a bit longer or shorter. Put your own creativity into it! This RV trip Visits some peacefull towns and some big cities to. You will also visit some national forests so there is enough to see and to do on this route for the whole family! Underneath here you will find the third route on the west coast:

-Day 1
Today your RV trip starts in Seattle! After you’ve picked up your RV you will have the rest of the day to enjoy Seattle or enjoy the campground where you are staying.

-Day 2
The first day of your real trip starts by driving to Mount Rainier National Park. The drive is about 90 miles long and it should take you about 2 hours.

-Day 3
portlandoreAfter a day of nature you will be heading to a big city: Portland Oregon! The drive isn’t very long today either, the drive is about 140 miles and it shouldn’t take you longer then 2 and a half hours.

-Day 4
Today you will have the rest of the day to enjoy Portland Oregon. There is so much to do and so much to see. Make sure that you’ve read our page about Portland Oregon and that you visit the visitor center when you are in the city.

-Day 5
Your RV trips continues and you are heading to Eugene. The drive is 110 miles long and it should take you just about 2 hours.

-Day 6
You are heading to the coast of Oregon, your destination is Coos Bay. The drive is about 120 miles and that should take you about 2 hours and 15 minutes. Coos Bay is a town on the coast of Oregon. There is a big natural harbor and the coast with the beaches are beautifull. Just relax a day, take a walk on the beach or explore the town. Prepare for a long day tomorrow!

-Day 7reddingg
Today will be your first long traveling day so prepare yourself! You are leaving Coos Bay and you are heading to Redding! The  drive is about 315 miles long and it should take you about 5 hours and 15 minutes.

Day 8
After a long day of traveling yesterday you’ve deserved a day of rest. There is enough to do in Redding so make a great day out of it!

-Day 9
Your next stop will be in Klamath Falls, just a small place where you will only make a stop to continue your trip tomorrow. The drive is about 140 miles and it should take you about 2 and mounthooda half hours.

Day 10
Today you are going back to Oregon and the first place you will visit is Salem. The drive is about 235 miles long and that should take you about 4 hours and 15 minutes.

Day 11
After a couple of cities your next destination will be peacefull: you’re heading to Mount Hood National Forest! The drive is about 95 miles and that should take you about 2 hours.

-Day 12
Today will be a long day too. You are heading to Olympic National Forest. The drive is about 285 miles long and that should take you about 5 hours and 15 minutes.

Today you will have the whole day to explore Olympic National Forest.

-Day 14
Today you are heading back to Seattle because this is the end of your RV trip. The last drive is about 85 miles and that should take you 2 and a half hours.
