Yosemite National Park is one of the first wilderness parks in The United States. This national park is famous for his water falls. It’s also known for it’s cliffs, lakes and granite. You can spend days exploring this park. It’s breath taking.  Make sure you get some up to date information and a map in the visitor center in the park when you arrive. Every month Yosemite National Parks publishes a newspaper with all the activities.

Things to do in Yosemite National Park

When you arrived in Yosemite National Park and haven’t seen everything you should think about sleeping in Yosemite. You can do this in your RV. You will have all the time in the world and make sure you’ve seen enough of Yosemite when you leave. It’s not strange if you haven’t enough time because you can do a lot of things in Yosemite. You can rent a bike and go cycling in the park or go hiking. You can also take a tour through the park to learn more about Yosemite. Another option is rock climbing and they’re a lot of different water sports you can do in Yosemite!

In Yosemite National Park you will find a couple of small shops and a supermarket. That might come in handy if you don’t have everything you need in your RV! Besides that there some souvenirs shops where you can buy a lot of fun stuff! You will find a fast food restaurant in nature style.

One important thing to remember is that there bears in Yosemite. Make sure you don’t leave food out side of your RV. When you have some left overs make sure that the food is  in a safe place inside of your RV or car. If you leave food outside your RV you have a big chance bears will visit you and that’s a thing you don’t want to happen!

The entrance fee for the park is $20 per car or RV. Don’t forget to buy a National Park Pass if you are going to visit a lot of parks. You will save a lot of money!

Camping options in Yosemite National Park

There are a couple different camp sites in Yosemite National Park. Every camp site allows different lengths of RVs.  You can also make a reservation on this site. In the summer national parks are very busy so we advice you to make a reservation.
